Step 2. Once you pay your deposit there will be a short application to fill out and a calendar link to make an appointment with Isa's Assistant Rosie. Rosie has worked with Isa for 15 years and she will help to answer any of your questions about the process of working with Isa.

Step 3. You book a good-fit call with Rosie, who has worked with me over 15 years, and she will help you figure out if Isa's services are a good fit for you.

The 1:1 consults with Isa include:

1. Lifetime access to the video recording for your review and to have a reference. Isa will give you as much as she can so having the call will be very good for you. Isa is very generous and she does NOT hold back. Typically a session with her is the equivalent of 3-4 sessions with another pelvic floor therapist, and you have the most actionable lifetime resource at your fingertips forever.

2. Isa and you will design a program right on the call that works for your lifestyle and will bring you QUICK results.

3. You will have access to Isa's Notes and video recording and handouts in your own ultra-secure HIPPA-compliant folder.
